A typical day at The Syston Day Nursery starts with breakfast served up until 9am. A healthy two course lunch follows around mid-day, and tea time is around 4pm where the children experience another healthy two course meal. Milk and snacks are available throughout the day and fresh water is available to the children at all times. We make every effort to make mealtimes fun and an opportunity to learn. The children are encouraged to be independent and experience the social aspects of meal times, setting the table, serving themselves, sharing conversation and then clearing away afterwards.
