Our son loves coming to nursery and is always greeted with a smile by his carers. The setting is calm and organised which I feel is a great learning environment for him, he especially adores the outdoor learning space. Nothing seems too much trouble and all staff are caring and approachable. Our son loves all the healthy home cooked meals he receives too. The Syston Day Nursery is truly is a 5 star nursery.

Since the nursery was taken over earlier this year we couldn’t be happier. Lisa and Sarah have been extremely open, caring, honest and approachable and we feel that we are getting excellent care for our son. He thoroughly enjoys his days at nursery and the care and attention he receives from all the staff – they really know him and tailor his days to suit his needs and likes. All the children take part in a variety of activities and very importantly get to spend lots of time outside which our son loves! It is very difficult as a parent, entrusting your most precious belonging to others, but the staff at The Syston Day Nursery can’t do enough to make it easy and enjoyable for the children and parents. We are looking forward to our second child attending the nursery next year.

I highly recommend the Syston Day Nursery and can honestly say that I could not be happier with the level of service, care, knowledge, and personal reassurance received. Due to extremely difficult circumstances prior to attending nursery, introducing new childcare arrangements could have been particularly stressful for myself and my son. However Sarah, Lisa and their fabulous team ensured the transition was handled professionally with a genuine interest of care. I would not wish for a better nursey.

Our daughter loves it at The Syston Day Nursery in the baby room. She has settled in well and loves playing with the range of toys the nursery has. The staff are great, everyone knows her (even those not in her room) and they are all friendly and professional. Staff provide a good handover each day so you know what your child has enjoyed. The children get to play outside often (many times I pick her up and she is enjoying the toys in the garden). The staff discover what she enjoys and make arrangements for her to be able to use equipment from another room. The nursery offer regular updates and photos (with parental approval) via the secure online Tapestry learning journal which is lovely to see what she gets up to, but this also relates to the Early Years Foundation developmental stages.

The Syston Day Nursery posses all the qualities we could ever have wanted in a childcare facility. The staff are always smiling and presentable. They keep our son’s day varied and interesting.  He has developed greatly since joining.  The baby room is maintained to a high standard. We couldn’t he happier with the care our son receives. The Management deal with the day to day running which enables the staff to be able to care for the children to a high standard. Any concerns we have ever had have always been dealt with quickly and effectively. We would like to thank all the staff for helping with our sons development and care.  He is very happy here and enjoys his days.

You could not wish for more helpful, professional friendly people to leave your child with. The ladies that run the nursery have given us and our child so much support and help in the time our child has attended The Syston Day Nursery. Our daughter has enjoyed every minute and always looks forward to going. We have never had a morning where our child has not wanted to attend and she has made some lovely friendships too.
